Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at Christmas Treasures is easy. You can place your order online with our secure shopping cart system provided by Turtle Pond Media.  Turtle Pond Media uses the Industry Standard Internet Encryption technology to protect your data.

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located at the top of every page, or click the Search icon at the top of every page to search.

If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button located with every product. Use the cart's "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top and bottom of every page on our Web site.

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the trash can next to the product.  When you're ready to place an order for everything in the your shopping cart, click the "Continue to Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order, If the order is a gift and you would like to add a special note just type your note in the Questions? Have A Special Message For This Order Field.  We do ship to APO and FPO's however additional shipping fees will be applied upon consent.

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, UPS Ground is a 5 to 7 Business Day Service.  If you need it in a hurry select the UPS 3-Day or 2-Day option in the shopping cart system.

Currently we accept PayPal and all major credit cards we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Check Cards.  We prefer Discover Card.

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.  Make sure you email is correct it is vital that it is because we will provide you with updates and tracking information via email. When you are ready, click the Complete Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment with Tracking Information.

Once your item ships you will be provided via email a tracking number with a link to track your package as it is on route to its final destination.
